Dusk in Arabia

It might sound a bit trivial but I recently figured out how to create a glow and coloured blurs, It's an effect I've see so many Photographers do but I couldn't figure out how to do it in Photoshop. This is my first picture using this technique, I'm hoping to use it in a lot more in the future and get more experimental with it
