This year I wanted to do a sugar skull tutorial that anyone would be able to do.

Even though it's not the most exciting and artistic of my looks (and given that it's done using stencils you could almost argue that it's not really artistic at all) but this will be a tutorial which anyone can do without being limited by how "arty" they are.
